从“渔家乐”的艺术特点谈民间音乐在新农村文化建设中的作用

The Role of Folk Music in Cultural Construction of the Rural Areas from the Artistic Festures of "Yu Jia Lao"

民间音乐在世世代代传承过程中,凝结了我国历代人民的集体智慧,是中华民族在几千年的历史进程中经过不断积累、沉淀、筛选形成的艺术结晶。文化建设是社会主义新农村建设的重要内容,如何充分发挥民间音乐在新农村建设中的作用,是一个值得关注的问题。通过对河北平山传统民间音乐"渔家乐"艺术特点的总结和分析,论述了民间音乐的传承和发展在河北新农村文化建设中的作用。

In the course of generations transmission, folk music embodies the collective wisdom of our ancient people and is the art of crystal formation of our nation＇s continuous accumulation, sedimentation in the historical process for thousands of years. Cultural construction is an important content of new so- cialist countryside construction, how to play a full role of the folk music in the new countryside con- struction is a matter of concern. In this paper, though the summary and analysis of the artistic festures of the ＂Yu Jia Lao＂ belonging to the traditional folk music of Pingshan of Hebei, we make a discussion on the role of transmission and development of folk music in cultural construction of new countryside in Hebei.
