摘要
研究了H2S对低碳钢在焦炉煤气中腐蚀动力学的影响,证实在H2S含量为0.159/m3时电极过程的控制步骤出现明显的转化,[H2S]<0.159/m3为阴极过程控制[H2S]>0.15g/m3为阳极过程控制,用直接的证据证明在高H2S含量的煤气中低碳钢能够在表面形成致密的保护膜,并且从理论上解释了这些现象。
The effect of H2S on the corrosion dynamics of low carbon steel in coke oven gas was investigated. It is showed that the electropolar process controlling step changes remarkably at 0.15g/m3 H2S,corrosion controlling step is cathodic reactions at<0.15g/m3 H2S and anodic reactions at>0.15g/m3H2S.There is evidence that the dense protective film forms on the surface of low carbon steel in high H2S coke oven gas. The phenomena are theoretically explained.
