烟化法锑氧粉还原熔炼试验研究

摘要 通过物相分析,化学分析等手段查清了烟化法锑氧粉的组成,根据还原熔炼原理,进行小型试验,确定出烟化法锑氧粉还原熔炼的熔炼温度,熔剂及还原剂用量,并据此进行综合试验,取得了较好的技术指标。它是进一步扩试及今后工业上顺利处理该物料的基础。 Components of antimony oxide in fuming process were examined in detail by means of phase analysis,and chemical analysis etc.Experiments were conducted based on reduction smelting principle.Smelting temperature,per cent of fusion and reducing agents were determined.The comprehensive tests were finished in different technological conditions. Good technical perfomances were obtained.Results of this study provide fundamentals for not only further pilot experiment, but a smooth commercial treatment of such material.
