Spectrometric Determination of Mo (Ⅵ) with the Reaction of Thiocarbamide Reducing Rhodanate on Catalysis of Cu(Ⅱ)

摘要 在硫酸介质中,以Fe2+和Cu2+作催化剂,用硫脲还原Mo(Ⅵ)为Mo(Ⅴ),Mo(Ⅴ)与硫氰酸盐生成橙黄色络合物进行测定。有色络合物λmax为470nm,ε=1.2×104L·mol-1·cm-1,钼量在0-140μg/50mL范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于复杂物料中微量钼的测定,结果满意。 with Fe(Ⅱ) and Cu (Ⅱ) as the catalyzers, Mo (Ⅵ) is reduced to Mo(Ⅴ) by thiocarbomide in sulphoacid medium. Mo(Ⅴ) reacts with rodanate to form and orange- yellow complex. Waximum absorbance of the complex is at 470 nm with a melar absorptivity of 1.2 x 104 L.mol-1.cm-1. Bear's law is obeyed over the range of 0~ 140 mg/50ml Mo(Ⅵ). This method has been applied to the determination of microscale Mo(Ⅵ) in some complicated samples.
