摘要 金隆工程是采用合资形式对铜陵公司第一冶炼厂进行改造的项目,该项目在未被国家正式批准的,依靠铜陵公司自身力量做了大量的前期准备工作,如筹集资金、合资谈判、设备及技术咨询、施工场地“三通一平”等,一旦国家批准开工,即引入监理机制,集中人力、财力打“歼灭战”,从而大大缩短了建设工期。工厂建成后,依靠科学管理,很快达到设计能力。 Jinlong project is a joint venture one aiming in renovating No.. 1 smelter of longling Non-Ferrous Metals Corporation. Before the project was approved by Government,quite a lot preparation had been made,such as project financing, joint venture negotiation. consuitation of equipment and technology,chean-up of the jobsite and facilities installation. And right after the Coverrnment's approval,the supervisory organization was introduede into the project.In this way,the construction period was shortened in strengthened work in next stages.The design capacity was been reached soon after the start - up as a result of advanced management.
