流民社会与城中村犯罪

The Community of Vagrant and City Village Crime

城中村的犯罪问题是当前我国城市化过程中一个亟待解决的现实问题。而城中村犯罪的主体则是那些离乡的流民。由于城中村本身既是农村又在城中的特性,导致其成为外来流民聚居的主要场所,并且逐步形成了一个流民社会。由于城中村以及流民社会有其自身特点,因此社会管理在这样的区域就成为难题。而流民社会也酝酿形成了与城市社会格格不入的流民文化。正是在这两个因素的作用下,流民犯罪成为城中村治理的难点。

City village crime is a practical problem we urgent need to solve in the process of urbanization in China. The main body of city village crime is vagrant. Since city village is the countryside in the city, it becomes a principal place inhabited by vagrant from outside, and gradually formed the community of vagrant. As city village, as well as the community of vagrant has its own characteristics, social management in such areas has become difficult. The community of vagrant is also brewing formed vagrant culture out of tune with the urban society. It was under the influence of these two factors, vagrant crime became the difficulty of city village governance.
