目前犯罪心理测试技术已广泛应用于我国司法实践当中,但其在实践中仍然存在着诸多问题。对这些问题的探究与合理解决,是充分发挥犯罪心理测试技术积极作用,实现司法公正的有效途径。

At present, criminal psychological test technology has been widely used in juridical practice in China. But some problems have emerged in practice. The study and solving of the problems will be beneficial to giving full play to criminal psychological test technology, and realizing juridical justice.
