摘要
石横特钢厂对400mm×2/250mm×5小型轧钢车间进行连铸坯一火成材改造。在250mm轧机前增设轧机,将轧制道次由10~12道提高到17道,并用轴承轧机替代原胶布瓦轧机,成品轧机最高轧制速度由5.5m/s增至7.1m/s,从而满足了连铸坯一火成材的工艺要求,减少了围盘事故,提高了轧制稳定性,保证了终轧温度,1997年实现产量10万t。
The reforming of once heating into product of continuous casting billet is done in 400mm×2/250mm×5 small section plant of Shiheng special steel works.Because of fitting rolling mill before 250mm rolling mill,rolling pass increasing to 17 from 10~12 and taking bearing mill,the highest rolling speed of finished mill increasing to 7 1m/s from 5 5m/s,the process request of once heating into product is meeted.Thus,the failure of guide is decreased,finished rolling temperature of product is ensured and the stability of rolling is increased.The productivity is 0 1 million tons in 1997.
