摘要
对500mm轧机机列主传动飞轮轴承座双列向心球面滚子轴承发热原因进行分析,发现双列向心球面滚子轴承在同一轴承座内成对布置时,削弱了其调心功能。对轴承动负荷进行简单计算后,将飞轮两轴承座内轴承去掉一盘,试运转2h后,轴承温度基本停止上升。
This paper analyses heating cause of double centripetal spherical rolling bearing in main drive fly wheel bearing seat of 500mm rolling mill and it finds out when double centripetal spherical rolling bearing is arranged in paired in a bearing seat the adjusting function of the bearing is decreased.Through calculation for dynamical load of bearing and to separately subtract a set bearing in fly wheel two bearing seat,the increasing temperature of bearing is primarily stopped after to experimentally operate about 2 hour.
