摘要
在并网电厂管理考核系统的基础上,首先简单介绍了系统的架构,然后提出了一套基于自动发电控制(AGC)调节综合性能指标和调节量的补偿费用计算方法。响应时间、调节速率和调节精度3个指标的乘法计算和折返系数的调整使得AGC补偿费用更为合理,从而激发了机组改善调节性能并参与AGC调节。实际应用表明,该算法可准确有效地评估并网电厂管理考核系统中的AGC补偿,对电厂提高AGC性能和参与调节有较好的激励作用。
Based on the management and assessment system about power plants,this paper introduces the system construction firstly,then a new AGC compensation algorithm is illustrated according to the comprehensive performance index and regulation amount. Multiplication of response time,regulation speed and precision indices makes the compensation more reasonable with the consideration of the turn-back parameter. System application shows that this algorithm can assess the amount of AGC compensation precisely and effectively,and motivates the plants to improve AGC performance and participate in AGC regulation.
