摘要
低渗油气田是今后油田开发的方向,滤砂管需要向高强度、高渗透、抗堵塞方向发展。在此基础上研制出的高强高渗滤砂管主要包括中心管、高精度内滤网、扰流网、高精度外滤网、外保护罩等部分。开展了高强高渗滤砂管与常规滤砂管的性能对比实验。结果表明,高强高渗滤砂管具有挡砂能力强,渗透率高,不易堵塞等优点,适合在裸眼完井中广泛应用。
Low permeability reservoir will be the main resource of oilfield development in the future. High strength, high perme- ability and anti-plugging will be main properties of next generation mental mesh screen. According to this, high strength and high perme- ability ( HSHP ) screen developed is comprised of base pipe, high precision inner mesh, burbling mesh, high precisi6n outer mesh and protective shroud. Experiments have been done to compare high strength and high permeability screen and conventional mental mesh screen. Test data indicate, high strength and high permeability screen has advantages of improved sand retention, high permeability, antiplugging etc, which enable the screen to be widely applied in open hole completion.
