HPLC测定秋水仙碱片的含量及含量均匀度

Determination of Content and Content Uniformity of Colchicine Tablets by HPLC

目的建立测定秋水仙碱片含量及含量均匀度的方法。方法采用C8柱,甲醇-水（40∶60）为流动相,检测波长为254 nm。结果线性范围为2－20μg.mL-1（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为100.2%（RSD=0.6%,n=9）。结论本法用于测定秋水仙碱片的含量和含量均匀度,结果准确灵敏,可获得满意的测定结果。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of content and content uniformity of colchicine tablets.METHODS An HPLC method was established on C8 columns with a mobile phase of methanol-water（40∶60） and detection wavelength was set at 254 nm.RESULTS The calibration curve of content was linear in the range of 2-20 μg.mL-1（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 100.2% with RSD of 0.6%（n=9）.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,and its results of determination is satifactory.The method can be used for the determination of content and content uniformity of colchicine tablets.
