鼻咽癌患者放疗前后测定血清VEGF的临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 众多的研究证实，实体肿瘤的生长依赖新生血管的形成。新生血管即为肿瘤细胞的生长、增殖提供营养供应及代谢产物排除途径，也促进肿瘤细胞的恶性演变，对肿瘤局部生物学行为起重要影响。研究表明，VEGF对内皮细胞的增生有强烈的刺激作用，
