摘要
论述了知识经济的主要特征，指出企业管理者必须改变旧的经营理念和管理方法，及早制定与知识经济时代特征相符合的管理策略。如果不如此，我们的大多数企业将失去生存的必备条件。
The main features of knowledge economy are stated.It is pointed out that business managers must change their old managing opinions and methods,make new managing strategies suiting for the features of knowledge economy time otherwise they will lost their surviving conditions.
