摘要
认为大型企业集团法务管理体制的选择,要与集团体制架构相结合,与法务管理预防型、独立性的要求相结合,与质量效率相结合,与法律人才队伍现状相结合。提出煤炭企业集团在由原来的U型组织结构逐步向M型组织结构进行转变的情况下,以采取法务人员委派制的法务管理体制模式为宜。
According to the author of this paper, determination of legal affairs management structure in large-sized industrial company groups should be done with an eye on the groups' insti- tutional frameworks, a combination of the preventive nature and independent nature of the legal affairs management system of the groups, a combination of business quality and efficiency and also on the basis of the current status of the proficiency status of the professional contingent working on the legal services now. Also according to this paper, under the current trends of coal mine groups' transition from the original U type organizational structure towards M type organizational structure, it is more appropriate to use the legal affairs management system of appointing legal affairs personnel in practice.
