摘要
企业活动中,各单位、部门、岗位、员工之间的相互联系,实质上是责任与责任的关系,即责任链条。责任链管理是指岗位人员之间相互关连、相互监督、相互激励的企业责任管理运行机制,使企业真正由典型的权利型组织,向本质的责任型组织转变。文章分析了推行责任链管理的必要性、重点环节、六大要素和应注意的问题。
The responsibility chain management refers to a mutually-connected,mutually-su- pervised and mutually-encouraged machanism between the units, sections, positions and personals in the enterprise, which eventually makes the enterprise transfer from the typical power-oriented to responsipility-oriented. In the enterprises, it is of great importance to push ahead with the responsibility chain management.
