摘要
以安全文化相关研究为基础,通过对煤矿的330名员工进行问卷调查,利用获得的调查数据进行了信效度检验,最终确定5个维度、20个题项,开发了煤炭企业安全文化量表。
Based upon safety culture related researches, a questionnaire survey is carried out with 330 coal mine workers. Then, data obtained from the survey is collected for a credibility tests. Finally, with a total of 5 dimensions together with 20 subjects determined, a coal mine safety culture sheet is developed.
