鉴于传统河道整治通常功能单一、仅以城市防洪为目的的特点,通过广西壮族自治区柳州市竹鹅溪综合治理工程实例,就如何综合治理城市河道、提高河道整治工程的综合效益提出新的设计理念,供工程设计人员探讨。

The traditional river improving is usually for a single function, only for the purpose of urban flood control.
