对八钢2500m^3高炉的设计特点进行了总结分析。八钢2500m^3高炉采用了综合高效长寿、旋切式顶燃热风炉、强爆炸性烟煤喷煤、煤气除尘重力除尘-布袋除尘-TRT等先进技术,生产实践表明,采用的这些技术和设备成熟、可靠、实用。
The design features of 2500 m^3 blast furnace in Xinjiang Bayi Iron ＆ Steel Group Co. , Ltd. is expounded in the paper, such as comprehensive efficient long campaign, vortex top combustion hot stove, intensively explosive soft coal injection, gravity precipitator - bag filter for gas cleaning - TRT. The production practice proves that these technologies and equipment are reliable and practical.
