摘要
利用作者提出的高炉高温区热平衡计算方法,采用分解计算的方法,列出了求解炼铁焦比和直接还原度的联立方程.方法简捷、正确,计算结果能与高炉冶炼实际状况很好吻合.文中提出的“煤气相对利用率”的概念,它能表明高炉冶炼趋近理想状态的程度,揭示理论焦比与高炉实际焦比之间的关系.本文方法是高炉焦比及其它指标计算应该采用的方法.
By using the heat balance for high temperature region of blast furnace and the resolutionary calculation method,the equation group for calculating coke rate and direct reductivity is expressed. The calculation result accords well with the practice. The expressed concept on relative usability of gas can be used to indicate the extent tending to the ideal state in the ironmaking processes of blast furnace and to obtain the relations between theory and practice value of coke rate of blast furnace.
