金属带式无级变速传动设计计算中几个问题的探讨

摘要 注意到金属带式摩擦无级变速器采用对角对称调速机构时,传动带在处于直线母线圆锥带轮各个不同工作半径位置上并不能保持带长不变.因此,为适应带长是恒值的要求,介绍了圆锥带轮的直母线改为圆弧形的设计方法.建立了比较稳定运转和变速时复合金属带中钢带组拉力变化分析用的带与带轮的力学模型,并据此模型间接地对钢带拉力变化的大小进行了理论分析,得出了相应的计算公式,为金属带的强度设计提供了理论参考. The length of Metal V belt(MVB) that works as a transmission belt in a continuously variable speed ratio regulater in which we use a kind of change mechanism to have movable speed pulleys of line generatrix be in diagonal position and of exactly the same displacement in the axle direction can not be kept its original size fixed during the speed controller operation. The design method of speed pulley's circular generatrix in practice is introduced in order to guarantee the length of MVB from change. To offer a reference material for the design calculation of MVB in strength, a mechanical model is constructed and analyzed that considers the effect and change of tension force in the multiple band of MVB during the operations of both the ratio change and no change, and relevant fomula is obtained.
