变截面连续箱梁跨中底板崩裂原因分析及其应对措施

Cause Analysis and Countermeasure of Bottom Plate Crack in Middle Span of Continuous Box Girder with Variable Cross Section

介绍了江苏省近几年3例箱梁桥底板崩裂事故;分析了导致底板崩裂的主要原因,主要包括跨中合龙束张拉时产生的径向力作用、非预应力钢筋构造因素及施工影响等;结合设计与施工提出了预防底板崩裂的对策及建议。

Three box-girder bridge bottom crack cases in Jiangsu province in recent years are described in this paper. The main causes of bottom flat crack are analyzed, mainly including radial force generated by closure strands stretching in middle span, non-structural elements and construction effects, etc. Combining with design and construction, the countermeasures and suggestions of preventing bottom crack are proposed.
