摘要
以大叶黄杨为试材,研究了不同栽培环境条件对大叶黄杨净光合速率(Pn)、细胞间隙CO_2浓度(Ci)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)的影响。结果表明:大叶黄杨净光合速率全天中阳面栽培的极显著高于阴面栽培的,其中阴面在上午8:08左右达到全天净光合速率的最高峰,而阳面栽培的在下午13:08达到全天最高峰;细胞间隙CO_2浓度,阴面栽培的比阳面栽培的普遍高;气孔导度日变化,阴面栽培的出现的峰值比阳面的时间要早,阴面的分别在上午8:08和下午13:08,而阳面的分别在中午12:08和下午15:08;蒸腾速率日变化阳面栽培的为双峰曲线,阴面的为单峰曲线。
In this experiment,the materials were Euonymus japonicus Thunh. The effect of different cultivation environmental condition on net photosynthetic rate ( Pn ),concentration of internal leaf CO2 ( Ci ),stomatal conductance ( Gs ) and transpiration rate ( Tr ) were studied. The results indicated net photosynthetic rate of sun-acclimated Euonymus japonicus was significantly higher than that of shady-acclimated throughout the day, and shady-acclimated Euonymus japonicus increased continuously to a peak on 8.08 in the morning,while the sun-acclimated was 13.08 in the afternoon. Concentration of internal leaf CO2, which shady-acclimated was general higher than that of sun-acclimated. Stomatal conductance diurnal variation,the time of which pinnacle sun-acclimated occured earlier than that of shady-acclimated, for shady-acclimated, that emerged on 8: 08 in the morning and 13 : 08 in the afternoon, while for sun-acclimated, that occurred at 12:08 and 15:08 in the afternoon,respectively. Transpiration rate diurnal variation , which sun-acclimated cultivation had bimodal curve,while shady-acclimated had a typical single peak curve.
