摘要
研究了棘托竹荪发酵液对大肠杆菌等7种常见食品腐败菌的抑菌效力(抑菌圈直径)。结果表明:提取液都有一定的抑菌作用,预示棘托竹荪有作为药品和天然食品杀菌剂开发的潜力。
The bacteriostatic action(inhibition zone diameter)of fermentation broth on the Eicoli ect seven kinds of comnnon food spoilage spoilage organisins was studied on kinds of common food spoilage organisms antibacterial effect (inhibition zone diameter). The results showed that the extract of the tested strains had certain bacteriostasis that Dictyophora echinovolvata had as drugs and natural foods to develop the potential of fungicides.
