离子注入甜菊种子生物效应的研究 Ⅱ.甜菊糖甙成分及其产量分析 被引量:9

摘要 用氮离子、碳离子不同能量、剂量组合注入4个甜菊品种的干种子,经田间栽培、收获时测定产量及糖甙含量变化,结果如下:1)同一品种(济宁种)不同处理,糖甙产量差异均达显著平准。其中以75keV、5×1014/cm2氮离子注入组合最佳,公顷产干叶、总甙、St甙、RA甙产量分别比对照提高15%、5%、3%及14%。2)能量、剂量及离子作用比较,能量作用以60keV可促进干叶产量提高;75keV可促进糖甙产量的提高。剂量作用没有一定规律。初步看出5×1014对干叶产量及糖甙产量有促进作用。离子作用看出,氮离子可促进干叶产量提高,碳离子可促进糖甙产量的提高。3)4个参试品种比,以纯品种表现趋势较一致,杂交种变异大,如日原×丰2品种75keV×1014碳离子注入组,干叶产量、总甙、St甙、RA甙及RC甙产量分别比对照高23%、42%、39%、28%及43%,是个很有希望的育种材料。 Dry seeds of four Sweetening Chrysanthemum(Stevia rebaudianum Bertoni)varieties were implanted with low energy ion N+ and C+ by different combinations of energy and dose and then cultivated in the fields. Total stevioside yield and its composition of the plants were measured when harvested.The results were as follows:1. For the same variety(Jining),the total stevioside yield and composition showed significant and highly signifcant differences between different treatments. The best treatment was N+ at 75keV×5×1014/cm2 implantation,the dry leaf yield by hm2,total stevioside yield,Stevioside content and Rebaudioside A content were increased by 15%,5%,3% and 14% than CK respectively. 2. Analysis of effects of energy,dose and ion. 1) Energy effect:60keV increased the dry leaf yield and 75keV increased the total stevioside yield. 2) Dose effect: The effect of dose showed no regular pattern Preliminarily,5×1014/cm2 promoted the dry leaf yield and total stevioside yield . 3) Ion effect:N+increased the leaf yield,C+ increased the total stevioside yield. 3. Comparison between 4 different varieties: The performances of each botanical characteristics of pure varieties were identical. But for hybrids,there were big differences.For example,the leaf yield,total stevioside yield, Stevioside content,Rebaudioside A content and Rebaudioside C content of the variety of Riyuan×Feng2 treated with C+ at 75keV×1014/cm2 were increased by 23%,42%,39%,28% and 43% respectively. This variety was a very hopeful breeding material.
