四种消毒剂对鸡新城疫病毒杀灭效果的比较

Comparison Killing Effect of the Four kinds of Disinfectants against Neweastle Disease Virus

应用血凝试验检测中日合资爱丽丝（西安）畜牧有限公司送检的四种５％的消毒剂（原液）对鸡新城疫病毒（ＮＤＶ）的杀灭效果。经过消毒剂对鸡胚致死性实验和ＮＤＶ在鸡胚中使用浓度的选择实验，确定将消毒剂分别做１∶２５０，１∶５００，１∶１０００，１∶２０００稀释后，与１∶５００的ＤＮＶ（尿囊液）等量混合，在体外作用不同时间（２，５，８ｍｉｎ）后，接种鸡胚尿囊腔内培养７２ｈ，以收取的鸡胚尿囊液血凝价为指标，判断四种消毒剂对ＮＤＶ的杀灭效果。结果表明Ⅲ、Ⅳ号消毒剂对ＮＤＶ杀灭效果明显。Ⅲ号消毒剂在稀释１０００倍后，５ｍｉｎ内可将ＮＤＶ完全杀灭；Ⅳ号消毒剂在５００倍后，８ｍｉｎ内将ＮＤＶ完全杀灭；Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号消毒剂在稀释５００倍后，８ｍｉｎ内未将ＮＤＶ杀灭。在四种消毒剂中Ⅲ号消毒剂对ＮＤＶ杀灭效果最好。

s The killing effects of the four disinfectants against Newcastle Disease Virus(NDV) were examined by micro hemagglutination inhibition test.The results showed that all the NDV in the reaction system can be killed in 5, 8 min by No.Ⅲ and No.Ⅳdisinfectants Which were diluted to 1 000 and 500 times,respectively;and it can not be killed in 8 min by No.Ⅰ and No.Ⅱdisinfectaints which were diluted to 500 times.Therefore,No Ⅲof the four disinfectants has the best killing effect against NDV.
