参皇乳膏中主要成分的鉴别与含量测定方法的研究

目的:对参皇乳膏中主要成分进行定性定量分析。方法:用薄层色谱法鉴别出参皇乳膏中有效成分人参茎叶总皂苷(以人参皂苷Re计),用紫外分光光度法测定参皇乳膏中人参皂苷Re的含量。结果:薄层色谱法能准确鉴别出人参皂苷Re,用所建立的紫外分光光度法测定参皇乳膏中人参皂苷Re的含量为46.5mg/支。结论:本文采用的鉴别与含量测定方法,定性定量准确,易于操作,可用于该产品的质量控制。
