注射用硫酸头孢匹罗含量测定方法研究

采用高效液相色谱法分析测定注射用硫酸头孢匹罗的含量。该方法在0.03mg/ml～0.07mg/ml范围内头孢匹罗面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系。回收率为99.7%,RSD=0.20%。结果表明该方法简便,快速,结果准确,适用于该产品的质量控制。

Using the High Performance Liquid Chromatography for the assay of Cefpirome sulfate for Injection. Standard curve of Cefpirome sulfate peak area and concentration was linear in the concentration range of 0.03mg/ml-0.07mg/ml, the recovery was 99.7%, RSD=0.20%o As the result ,the method is simple ,rapid and accuraty ,and suitable for the quality control of the drug .
