喉鳞癌中claudin-1、MMP-2和E-cadherin的表达及意义 被引量：6

摘要 目的:检测claudin-1、MMP-2和E-cadherin(E-cad)在喉鳞癌中的表达,探讨其意义。方法:应用免疫组化检测98例喉鳞癌及30例正常喉黏膜中三种蛋白的表达,探讨其与不同临床特征的意义。结果:claudin-1、MMP-2在喉鳞癌中高表达,E-cad低表达。三种蛋白与肿物大小、分化程度、甲状软骨累及、淋巴结转移密切相关。结论:三种蛋白可能与喉鳞癌的发生、发展及预后密切相关。
