三维适形放疗加内照与常规放疗晚期宫颈癌疗效观察

摘要 目的:探讨三维适形放疗加后装腔内放疗治疗晚期宫颈癌的疗效。方法:140例晚期宫颈癌患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各70例:治疗组行三维适形放疗加腔内照射,三维适形放疗处方剂量45Gy,内照射5~6次,A点总剂量75~81Gy。对照组采用体外照射加腔内照射,用6MV-X线前后对穿照射,全盆腔照射30Gy后改为四野照射并同时行腔内照射6-8次,A点总剂量66~78Gy。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为92.8%(65/70)和77.1%(54/70)。结论:采用三维适形放疗加内照治疗晚期宫颈癌,局控率与生存率较常规放疗好,值得临床推广。
