孟鲁司特联合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘的疗效观察

Observing the therapeutic efficiency of Montelukast plus Seretide with bronchial asthma

目的比较孟鲁斯特(顺尔宁)联合舒利迭与单用舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘的疗效差异。方法将70例支气管哮喘患者随机分两组,分别为单用舒利迭组和顺尔宁联合舒利迭组,治疗为期一年,比较治疗前后临床症状及肺功能的改变,在治疗结束后,随访2年,对其复发率进行评估。结果两组治疗前后临床症状及肺功能均有明显改善;顺尔宁联合舒利迭临床症状及肺功能改善更迅速,疗效更显著(P<0.05);2年随访,后者复发率更低;两组间比较有统计学意义。结论顺尔宁联合舒利迭能更迅速,更有效的改善支气管哮喘的临床症状和肺功能,且2年后复发率低。

Objective To compare the efficiency of Montelukast plus Seretide and Seretide only on patients with Bronchial asth- ma. Methods Seventy patients with Bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups treated with Montelukast plus Serotide and Seretideonly for one year. The pulmonary function and clinical symptom before and after treatment were observed in two groups. After treat- ment the recurrence rate were observed strictly for tow years. Results Before and after treatment, clinical symptom and pulmonary function of the two groups were all improved. But clinical symptom and pulmonary function of Montelukast plus Seretide group were improved rapidly （ P 〈 0. 05）. The recurrence tare were lower than that in the group without Montelukast. Conclusion The clinical improvement appears more rapidly in treatment by Montelukast plus Seretidethan by Seretide only.
