支气管肺泡灌洗在严重肺部感染并肺不张的临床价值

Clinical value of bronchoalveolar lavage in patients with severe lung infection with pulmonary atelectasis

目的探讨支气管肺泡灌洗(BAL)在严重肺部感染并肺不张的临床价值。方法对36例经内科常规治疗效果不佳的严重肺部感染并肺不张的患者行支气管肺泡灌洗(BAL)。结果总有效率为98%无严重并发症及意外发生。结论支气管肺泡灌洗治疗严重肺部感染并肺不张疗效显著,安全可靠,简便易行,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical value of brenchoalveolar lavage in patients with severe lung infection with pulmonary ateloctasis. Methods 36 cases of severe lung infection with pulmonary atelectasis,who had been treated inefficiently with routine inter- nal medicine therapy, were treated with bronchealveolar. Results The effectiveness rates were 98% ,and no severe complication and accident occurred. Conclusion The use of by BAL is effective, safe, reliable, conronjent and worth promoting in clinical practice in treating severe lung infection with pulmonary atelectasis.
