COPD并发肺癌患者的肺功能检测分析

Pulmonary function in patients with copd complicated with lung cancer

目的探讨COPD并发肺癌患者的肺功能改变。方法采用意大利COSMED公司生产QuarkPFT4肺功能检测仪分别对32例COPD并发肺癌与58例COPD患者以及30例正常对照实施肺功能检测。结果COPD并发肺癌及单纯COPD患者肺功能均较正常对照损伤严重,而COPD并发肺癌患者的小气道功能及弥散功能较COPD患者下降明显(P<0.05)。结论动态观察COPD肺功能情况,在肺功能下降的基础上,发现弥散功能下降明显,应考虑并发肺癌可能。

Objective To explore the significance of pulmonary function test on COPD complicated with lung cancer. Methods Lung function test was performed on 32 cases of COPD complicated with lung cancer,58 cases of COPD and 30 normal control subjects. Results Lung functionin patients with COPD and COPD complicated with lung cancer were greatly declined compared with control subjects. COPD with lung cancer had lower diffuse capacity and small airway function than single COPD. Conclusion Diffuse capacity is a sensitive sign in the diagnosis of COPD with lung cancer.
