颅鼻沟通瘤的显微外科手术

摘要 目的探讨显微外科手术治疗颅鼻沟通瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析8例颅鼻沟通瘤患者的临床资料。结果8例手术全切7例,大部切除1例。术后均恢复良好,无脑脊液鼻漏、颅内感染等并发症。8例患者均获随访,随访时间8个月~5年。6例完全恢复;1例死亡;1例肿瘤复发,行放疗。结论颅鼻沟通瘤采用合适的手术入路、显微镜下切除,可取得较好的疗效,并可改善预后。 Objective To explore the micro-surgery cranionasai tumors clinical efficacy.Methods A retrospective analysis of 8 cases cranionasal clinical data of patients with tumors.Results8 cases total resection in 7 cases,subtotal resection in 1 case.After all recovered well without cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea and no complications such as intracranial infection.8 patients were followed up,follow-up time of 8 monthly to 5 years.6 cases of complete recovery;1 patient died;one cases of tumor recurrence,radiotherapy.Conclusion Cranionasal tumors use the appropriate surgical approach,resection under the microscope can achieve better efficacy,and may improve the prognosis.
