纤维桩修复残冠残根的临床应用评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价纤维桩在残根、残冠修复治疗中的作用。方法选择临床修复病例56例,67颗残冠残根,行完善的根管治疗后,纤维桩及树脂恢复桩核后行烤瓷冠修复。结果经过6-12个月的观察,结合临床检查和X线检查,修复成功率为97%(65/67),有2颗桩出现松动。结论纤维桩是一种较为理想的桩核修复方法。
