彩色多普勒超声对乳腺良、恶性肿块的鉴别诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Ultrasonography for Differentiating Benign and Malignant Breast Tumors

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对乳腺良、恶性肿块的鉴别诊断价值。方法128例乳腺肿块患者均行彩色多普勒超声检查。结果128例患者中,良性肿块87例,其中乳腺囊肿4例,积乳囊肿3例,乳腺增生结节6例,乳腺囊型增生病变9例,乳腺纤维腺病7例,乳腺乳头状瘤3例,乳腺纤维腺瘤48例,脂肪瘤3例,浆细胞性乳腺炎2例,导管内乳头状瘤2例;恶性肿块41例,其中硬癌15例,浸润性导管癌5例,导管内癌16例,髓样癌2例,原位癌2例,恶性叶状肉瘤1例。结论彩色多普勒超声对乳腺良、恶性肿块的鉴别具有重要诊断价值。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasonography for differentiating benign and malignant breast tumors.Methods 128 cases of breast neoplasms were scanned with color doppler ultrasonography.Results There were 87 benign and 41 malignant breast tumors in all cases.The benign tumors including galactophore cyst 4 cases,lactocele 3 cases,Hyperplastic nodule 6 cases,cystic hyperplasia of breast 9 cases,fibroadenosis of breast 7 cases,papilloma of breast 3 cases,fibroadenoma of breast 48 cases,lipoma of breast 3 cases,plasma cell mastitis 2 cases,intraductal papilloma 2 cases.The malignant tumors including scirrhus 15 cases,infitrating ductal carcinoma 5 cases,Intraductal carcinoma 16 cases,encephaloid carcinoma 2 cases,carcinoma in situ 2 cases,malignant cystosarcoma phylloides 1 case.Conclusion There are significant diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasonography between malignant and benign tumors.
