主动脉球囊反搏术的监测及护理

Care and Nursing for Patients with Acute Myocardial Infracfion When Treated by Intra-aortic Balloon Pumping

目的探讨主动脉球囊反搏术后的监测及护理措施,降低术后死亡率,提高抢救成功率。方法回顾行主动脉球囊反搏术治疗急性心肌梗死的病人资料共22例,总结细致全面的监测及护理措施。结果主动脉球囊反搏术后在CCU监护治疗,出现并发症20例,其中出血8例,血小板减少6例,肢体缺血2例,肾功能衰竭3,感染1例;17例经及时对症处理后予以纠正,病情好转出院。结论细致全面的监测,积极预防护理及针对性的处理可以降低死亡率,提高抢救成功率。

Objective To explore the certain effective care and nursing measures for patients with acute myocardial infracfion when treated by intra-aortic balloon pumping.Methods Retrospective summarized the care and nursing measures among 22 patients with acute myocardial infracfion when cured by intra-aortic balloon pumping.Results There were 20 cares had complications after the intra-aortic balloon pumping,among them,there were 8 cases of hemorrhage,6 cases of thrombolytopenia,2 cases of extremity ischemia,3 cases of renal failue,one case of infection;17 cases of them were corrected in time.Conclusion Purposive care and nursing can effective induce part of death for patients with acute myocardial infracfion when cured by intra-aortic balloon pumping.
