Management and Education of Graduate Students above the Average Age

立足当前研究生教育管理工作实际,采用问卷调查的方式,调研了大龄研究生学习、生活、就业方面遇到的实际困难,分析大龄研究生教育管理工作的一些缺失,提出有针对性的改进措施。

Based on a questionnaire survey of difficulties encountered in study, life and employment by graduate students who are above the average age, this paper points out some deficiencies in present management and education of these students before putting forward some improvement measures.
