对高职院校"高水平"和"特色"的内涵进行了简要分析,提出建设高水平特色高职院应遵循"务实、开放、优先、协调"等四个原则,在"服务面向、优势专业、人才培养、管理"等方面构建特色,并探讨了建设高水平特色高职院的具体途径。

This paper briefly expounds the meanings of ＂high-level＂ and ＂characteristics＂, demonstrates the principles of ＂practice, opening, priority and coordination＂, builds up characteristics from the perspectives of ＂service orientation, dominant specialty, talent cultivation and management＂, and points out the concrete approaches of building a high-level vocational institute with characteristics.
