民国大学区制改革及其启示

Reform of the University District System in China and Its Enlightenment

20世纪20年代末我国引进法国地方教育行政制度——大学区制度,并对其进行了改造,以适应本土经济社会状况,在江、浙、沪、京、津、冀等相对发达地区进行了实验,两年后以失败告终。这次改革带来了很多启示,即一次成功的教育模式移植首先必须对模式进行成功的本土化改造;要取得其它社会系统尤其是行政系统的支持;根本目的是要获得民族心理认同,契合本国的文化传统。

In the late 1920＇s, China introduced the University District System from France,then experimented it in Jiangsu, zhejiang, Hetei, Rehei; Provinces and Beijing, Tianjing, but only two years later it failed.It gave us enlightment, that we must transform the system from other Countries correctly, try our best to win support form other social systems especially administration system,the fundmental goal is how to gain reliance of local people and accord with the traditional culture.
