论迁徙自由权

On Migrating Freedom

公民的迁徙自由权又称迁徙权,是基本人权中的一项重要内容。我国的宪法中并没有规定公民的迁徙权,并且我国现行的户籍制度限制了公民迁徙自由权的实现,因此有必要将迁徙自由权纳入到我国的法律保障范围内,完善我国的基本人权保护体系。

Citizen＇s migrating freedom is also called migrating right, and it is an important item of basic human rights. Citizcn＇s migra- ting right is not regulated in our country＇s Constitution, and the current household register system restricts the realization of citizen＇s migrating freedom. Therefore, it is necessary to include migrating freedom in the protection of our country＇s laws to perfect the basic protection system of human rights.
