The Tibetan nationality people in the long -term social life and the production struggle, have created rich material wealth and bright national culture. Folk dance is loved and passed on from generation to generation by Tibetan nationality people. The Tibetan na- tionality people manifest their aesthetic appeal and social ideal through these dances. Through the movement, posture, style, body rhyme of this traditional Tibetan dance, this article explores the inner rules and aesthetic characteristics from multi sides and angles, and reveals its real and intrinsic essential characteristics, in order to better grasp the national characters in its development.
