摘要
采用硝酸为刻蚀剂、CS2与液体石蜡的混合溶液为疏水剂,经简单处理在锌基底上构建了微纳米结构,通过SEM,XRD等进行了结构表征和疏水性能测试.结果表明锌表面经过硝酸溶液刻蚀处理后具有了树立的不规则排列的片状结构,形成了一个阶层,表面上的阶层结构对超疏水性起到了一个关键的作用.
Super-hydrophobic surface is fabricated on the zinc by dislocation etching technique, in which the aqueous of nitric acid (HNO3) is used as etching agent, and carbon disulfide (CS2) mixed with liquid olefin solution were used as hydv. ophobic agent. The resultant surfaces were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and performance testing of hydrophobic. The results showed that on the zinc surface which etched treatment with nitric acid solution, a layer was formed by a set of sheet structure with irregular,and the layer structure played a crucial role on the super-hydrophobicity .
