摘要
通过在某啤酒厂的废水处理流程中添加UASB处理单元,形成了UASB-水解-A/O的处理体系。运行结果表明,该工艺处理效果稳定,耐冲击负荷能力强,出水水质好。对于进水COD为2400 mg/L,BOD5为1300 mg/L,SS为400 mg/L的啤酒废水,处理出水各项指标均能达到《啤酒工业污染物排放标准》(GB19821—2005)一级标准的要求,其中COD≤50 mg/L,改造后去除单位COD能耗降低65.8%。
A treatment system of UASB-hydrolysis-A/O was formed,through adding UASB treatment to a brewery wastewater treatment flow.The running results indicated that this technology had steady effects in treating,strong ability of endurance impact loading,and good quality of effluent water.Every index of effluent water can achieve the First Grade of Standard of Pollutants Discharge for beer industry(GB19821—2005) such as COD≤50 mg/L,when the influent COD is 2400 mg/L,BOD5 is 1300 mg/L,and the SS is 400 mg/L for a brewery wastewater.The energy consumption per COD removal can decrease 65.8% after modifying.
