摘要 金川二矿区是我国最大的充填法开采的大型铜镍矿,年产矿石突破400万t,其开采深度超过千米,随着开采深度的加深,矿区地压日益明显,充填质量的好坏直接影响到矿山的安全生产。本文介绍了金川二矿区深部开采的矿区应力状况,探讨了充填材料、充填材料制备及采场充填工艺对充填质量的影响,并研究了保证充填质量的策略,对矿山中深部开采具有一定的借鉴。 Jinchuan No. 2 mine is Chinag largest backfilled copper- nickel mine which has annual output of 4 million ton ore. Its mining depth has exceeded 1000 meters underground, with the increase of mining depth, underground pressure appears to be much more obvious, which requires very good quality backfill practice to balance the mine safety cost. This paper introduces the Jinehuan No. 2 mine deep mining areas stress distribution situation. It focuses on the influence of quality of the filling material, preparation of filling materials, as well as process of backfill. A strategy was researched to maintain the backfill quality, which provides a good reference for deep mining practice.
