在公司发展进程中,根据项目建设的需要征用了大量农村集体土地,其中也涉及到大批村民房屋拆迁问题,如果房屋拆迁问题解决不好,将直接影响到项目建设的顺利实施。本文试就征用土地中村民房屋拆迁问题进行浅显分析,以求对各单位在房屋拆迁工作中有所帮助。

During the development of the company, a lot of projects required requisition of large pieces of rural collective land, which involves huge amount of house demolishing problem. This is a problem that will directly influence the successful execution of requisition. This paper tries to analyze the demolishment problems happen in the requisition of land, which is expected to be a reference for other companies.
