整体上市使上市公司管理模式发生了重大变化,如何适应这种变化并采取必要的应对策略,实现提升市场的资源配置与产业整合功能,提高企业运行效率与运行质量,文章结合我公司内部企业重组和机构调整与德兴铜矿实际,对江铜整体上市后德兴铜矿内部管理构架进行分析和探讨。
JCC＇s holistic hsting brings huge changes to the stock company＇s management mode, which leads to new challenges to the company - how to adopt with these changes and take relevant strategy, so as to improve market resources allocation and industry integration, as well as to improve company efficiency and quahty. This paper analyzes and discusses the internal management system of Dexing copper mine after JCC＇s hohstic listing, along with the organization adjustment and reconstruction practice through the corporation to Dexing copper mine.
