青翘的化学成分和清除自由基活性研究

摘要 为研究山西道地药材青翘的化学成分,通过溶剂萃取、制备薄层、硅胶柱色谱分离纯化,从青翘乙酸乙酯提取物中得到6个化合物。根据核磁共振数据、文献参考和标品对照鉴定为槲皮素(1)、槲皮素3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、芦丁(3)、熊果酸(4)、乌苏酸(5)、β-谷甾醇(6),化合物1—6均为首次从该道地药材中分离得到。在此基础上,用DPPH法对青翘不同极性提取物和分离得到的黄酮类化合物进行了清除自由基活性研究,以二丁基羟基甲醚(BHT)和抗坏血酸作阳性对照。 Six compounds have been isolated from the EtOAc extract of Qingqiao. Structures for all these compounds were proposed on the basis of spectroscopic data, together with comparing their NMR data with those of the corresponding compounds reported in the literature. They were identified as : quereetin ( 1 ), quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucoside ( 2 ), rutin (3), oleanolie acid(4) ,ursolle acid(5)and β-sitosterol(6). Compounds 1-6 were obtained from this plant for the first time. The free-radical-scavenging activities of different extract fractions and the flavonoids were studied with the DPPH radical scavenging method using butylated hydroxytoluene(BHT) and aseorbie acid as positive control.
