小鱼眼草化学成分研究

Study on Chemical Constituents of Dichrocephala benthamii C. B. Clarke

对小鱼眼草化学成分进行研究，采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法从小鱼眼草的乙醇提取物中得到六个化合物，利用波谱技术及理化数据鉴定其化学结为：α-香树脂醇（α-amyrin，1），表木栓醇（epifriedelanol，2），正十六烷酸（n—hexadecanoic acid，3），△^5.22-豆甾烯醇（△^5.22-stigmasterol，4），脱镁叶绿素甲酯（methyl phaeo—phorbide a，3″-meester，5），阿魏酸（fumalic acid，6）。以上化合物均是首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Study on the chemical constituents of Dichrocephala benthamii C. B. Clarke by column chromatography with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis. Six compounds were obtained and identified as α-amyrin （ 1 ） , epifriedelanol （2）, n-hexadecanoic acid （3）, △5.22-stigmasterol（4） , methyl phaeophorbide a,3＂-me ester（5） ,fumalic acid（6）. All these compounds were obtained from this plant and this genus for the first time.
