野西瓜苗黄酮的分离、纯化及鉴定

Separation, Purification and Identification of Flavonoid from Hibiscus Trionum L.

用AB-8大孔吸附树脂对野西瓜苗中黄酮类化合物进行纯化，吸附率为31．58％，解吸率为40．67％，纯度20．4％。精制的野西瓜苗茎总黄酮其主要含有异黄酮类。通过硅胶柱层析得到化合物1和2，薄层层析显示化合物2中含有芦丁。

Flavonoid was purified with the AB-8 pocket adsorption resin to the Hibiscus trionium, the adsorption rate was 31.58% ,the desorption rate was 40.67%, purity was 20.4%. Purification Hibiscus trionium stem total flavanone was mairdy the isoflavone. Compound I and 2 are obtained through the silica gel column chromatographic analysis. Compound 2 contained rutin with thin layer chromatographic analysis.）
